1. How will my books be delivered?

The books will be delivered by ordinary mail from Great Britain.

2. What's the minimum item limit per order?

There is no minimum item limit per order, i.e. minimum order is one book, toy or any other item we have in stock.

3. What's the minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount. You can order a single book even if it costs only 2 euros (and still get free delivery).

4. Where can I find the cheapest books?

You can find the cheapest books by browsing through our store. Please note that we don't allow sorting by price, so we're giving you some examples of the most inexpensive books and items we sell. Try to find other interesting items by yourself (hint: search for classics or children's books)!

5. Amazon.com books are cheaper then the prices of books at Fastbooks.eu. I thought your prices were unbeatable?

Listed prices on Amazon.com really are lower than the prices of our books. However, have in mind that Amazon.com doesn't usually include shipping costs which are 3.99 USD per shipment and an additional 3.99 USD per each item for EU (source: Amazon: Shipping Rates and Times to Europe). You might also have to add customs fees if they apply in your country when ordering from the USA.
Make sure you do a calculation of all hidden costs before deciding on a bookstore solely on price - we at Fastbooks.eu show all costs with each book, so don't expect to see higher prices when added to the basket if you're from the EU.

6. When I view the book it has one price, but when I try to order the price changes. Why?

The book store with which we are partnered is setting (and changing) prices under their own policies. Prices change often, without notice and the changes depend on availability, exchange rates and special offers. We update prices several times a week but it still happens that some prices aren't the same as when checking out. Prices we have are mainly valid in the EU excluding Denmark, but they sometimes change no sooner than when the order is added to basket.
Also please note that the prices are valid in EU excluding Denmark; if you're from another country or continent the prices often increase because of the higher shipping costs.

7. I have found several books with the same title from same author but with a different price. Where's the catch?

Probably you were looking at different editions of the same book. Note that the book can be hardcover, paperback, mass paperback, or even an e-book - that will affect the price the most. It can also be published by different publishers and they set their prices differently.
Because of different editions these books might have the same content (same text), but the cover could differ, font and spacing could be different, their size could be different and also the number of pages could be different.

8. How long will I have to wait for the books to arrive?

The books will arive very fast, hence the bookstore name FastBooks.eu.
Usually the books are shipped the next day or two working days after purchase. Delivery time depends on where the books will be shipped:
  • United Kingdom 3-5 working days
  • Europe 7-10 working days
  • US & Canada 14 working days
  • Australia and Rest of the World 7-10 working days

9. Can I pay using my credit card?
